About Southeastern Roofing and Construction

Southeastern Roofing is family-owned and operated by brothers Ed and Mike Kappaz, who have been servicing the Central and South Florida markets in the construction and roofing industry since the late 1990s. The brothers started in the construction business to rehab homes, but found it challenging to find talented, experienced, high-quality crews to take on their roofing projects. In order to supply their clients with the level of attention and service they deserved, they launched a roofing business to complement their thriving construction business, forming the company as it exists today.

Southeastern Roofing and Construction officially came into being in 2011, servicing Hillborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, and Hernando counties. The company has more recently expanded to serve Manatee, Sarasota, Hardee, Charlotte, Lee, and DeSoto counties.
